Great Spot on the Lake

While down at the lake to enjoy this beautiful autumn weather, we picked up a map of the Norris Lake. Wow, our house is in a great location! Right next to mile marker 6, protected by a cove but right next to main water! Click on the Norris Lake Map to enlarge and see where our vacation rental property is located.

The summer is nearly full - hope we get to keep a week to ourselves!

We have usually booked 50% of the summer by this point in the calendar year but this summer is booking much faster than normal. Wonder if this is a sign of economic recovery...?

We definitely saw a slow down last summer - even then, we were fully booked and had a very profitable year. It just took longer to book.

Owning a vacation home is fun - it is a lot of work. But I enjoy meeting new people and sharing a common love of the lake.

Dreaming of Summer Lake...

With snow on the ground, I find myself longing for sunny summer days at the lake...

Autumn has arrived!

I have been waiting, on pens and needles, for this autumn.... the smell in the air, the crackling of leaves under my feet when walking on the trail, the rainbow of colors in the trees... mmm, smores by the camp fire!

Lake Levels are UP!

The lake is 4 ft ABOVE summer pool! Yes, that is 4 ft above regular levels! Thanks to the rain we have a beautiful, juicy lake! And everything is fresh and green!

We were there this past weekend and it is really pretty in LaFollette and around the lake.
